“The goal of coaching is to guide vision, encourage excellence and empower the person being coached by helping them establish a stronger connection with their inner authority.” – Sollers Consulting

Through our internal coaching system, we have developed a unique approach to help every employee set and achieve goals and, as a result, build a stronger connection with their inner authority.

Coaches accompany their Coachees throughout their professional careers at Sollers Consulting. From the first days at Sollers, the Coach supports the Coachee with advice and practical guidance.

What does a Coach do?

A Coach at Sollers Consulting is an experienced employee who will:

  • Talk to and listen to the Coachee.
  • Determine goals and training opportunities together with the Coachee.
  • Share feedback from project and team members during regular coaching meetings.
  • Help the Coachee cope with difficulties.
  • Encourage the Coachee to grow both professionally and personally.

What Aleksandra Neczaj, Business Analyst at Sollers, says about her Coach

Aleksandra Neczaj

“When I joined Sollers Consulting seven months ago, I was very excited but also a little scared – it was my first full-time job after graduation and my first experience in IT. During the first three days of onboarding, I met a lot of great people, and one of them was my Coach.

She was very supportive and helpful during my first six months at the company, asking if everything was going well and helping me understand how Sollers works and what its culture is like. She also regularly collected feedback from my project team and shared it with me.

It helped me understand what I was doing well, as well as the areas where I could improve. Now that my onboarding is finished, my Coach is helping me set goals that will guide me on my career path.”
