Depending on your role, you may benefit from:
Barcelona & Valencia
Our teams are based in centrally located coworking spaces, where you can use the shared facilities and amenities provided on site. The coworking community also organizes events such as breakfasts and seasonal celebrations, including Halloween parties.
In Barcelona and Valencia, we work in a hybrid model, which means being in the office at least 8–10 days per month. This helps people stay connected, work closely together, and build stronger day-to-day relationships.
Sollers in Madrid
We are also hiring in Madrid, where we do not currently have an office. Depending on the project, people based there are expected to work from the client’s office, usually around 8–10 days per month, in line with our approach to regular in-person collaboration.
If we open an office in Madrid in the future, we would expect employees there to follow our standard hybrid model.
Here you can see team during shared activities, events, and trips.
It is a glimpse into the relationships, energy, and community that help make Sollers a good place to work.
