In Paris, we work in a hybrid model, which means being in the office at least 8–10 days per month. Also, depending on the project, people can work from the client’s office, in line with our standard approach to regular in-person work.
It depends on the project, role, and client setup. When business travel is needed, our logistics team takes care of the practical side, including transport and accommodation.
For roles in France fluent French is required. English is also a must, as it is part of everyday cooperation across teams and markets
